How to Request a Refund (3 Steps)
1) Confirm the Guarantee Period
Make sure your request is within 60 days of the shipping date. You can verify this in your email confirmation or on the packing slip included with your order.
2) Email Our Support Team
Send an email to support@theapexforce.com with the subject line: “Refund Request”.
Include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
3) Return Your Bottles
After receiving confirmation from our support team, mail back all bottles (empty or unopened) to the return address below.
- You do not need a return label
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Email us your return tracking number so we can process faster

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and processed, we will issue a full refund. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
