Processing Time
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. During holidays, processing times may be longer.
If invalid or incomplete information is provided (such as payment details or an incorrect/incomplete shipping address), we may be unable to process your order. In these cases, processing may be delayed an additional 3–5 business days.
We ship Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public/postal holidays.
ApexForce is not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control. Processing time (1–2 business days) is separate from carrier transit time, and carrier “guarantees” are not controlled by us.
Domestic Delivery Time (Standard Shipping)
Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected. Transit time does not include weekends or holidays. All delivery timeframes are estimates. Free US shipping is available on select packages.
ApexForce is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including (but not limited to) material shortages, labor strikes, transportation disruptions, weather, or other acts of nature.
Refused, Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If a package is refused, the shipping and handling fees may be charged to the payment method used at checkout and deducted from any refund. Refunds for refused packages will not be initiated until the product is received and reviewed by the ApexForce team.
UPS/USPS are commonly used delivery services. We cannot guarantee replacement of packages marked as lost or stolen after shipment. If you experience any delivery issues or delays, please contact us at support@theapexforce.com. ApexForce is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
International Shipping Note (If Applicable)
In rare cases, international shipping may take 4–6 weeks, and in severe cases 8–12 weeks. ApexForce is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes in the destination country. Some locations may require additional shipping fees due to geographic constraints.
Cancel Order
Due to high order volume, orders are sent to our fulfillment center quickly. If you contact us within 24 hours of your purchase, you may be able to cancel your order.
If you contact us after 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.
In that case, you may:
- Refuse the package and notify us immediately, or
- Return the package with a valid tracking number and email us the tracking details
Once we receive and review the returned package, we can process the appropriate refund (if eligible under our refund policy).
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly. Due to strict shipping schedules, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order is submitted.
We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address. In that case, we must wait to see if the package is returned to us—then we can offer a re-ship or refund (as applicable).
Delivery of Items
If tracking shows the package was delivered to the address provided, ApexForce does not issue refunds for claims that the package was not received. If tracking confirms delivery but you did not receive the package, please contact the carrier (USPS/UPS) for assistance.
Returns (Related to Refunds)
To obtain your refund (as applicable), you must return all bottles—empty, full, or partially full—including any bonus/free bottles— to our fulfillment center, within 60 days of the original purchase date (Money-Back Guarantee), along with a printed note inside the package including:
- Your Order ID (found in your receipt)
- Your Full Name
- Your Full Address where the shipment was received
- Your Email Address and Phone Number
- Your original packing slip (if available)
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once our fulfillment center receives and verifies your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank/card issuer.
